bios(newbie)

im new to all this overclocking stuff. ive read load and i think im almost ready to do some work on my pc, i just thought id get familiar with my bios. i wen to find out how to change the fsb and he multiplyer and couldnt find how to do so, any know anything that might help?
is there more than one type of bios?
my kotherboard is jetway and says on the box that the voltage and fsb CAN be changed, i just cant find how,

any help would be appreciated
