May sound simple butt how about a new keyboard --it may be stuck or not operating --beyond that--does it allow you to save/exit from the bios menu??

If the computer is freezing during POST, then something is not right. What all is installed in this system, or hooked up? Pausing during POST, can mean either you have it set in the Bios to stop after running through the checks, or a piece of hardware is causing a conflict and the motherboard is stopping to cause any further damage that may occurr, whether it is a hard drive having problems, memory going bad, or even as simple as the Powersupply having problems.

You will have to go into the Bios first and see if it is set to stop after going through the checks (may have setting in advanced settings). As for hardware conflict, only way to know is to pull everything off of the motherboard, and leave it as bare as you can (memory, harddrive, graphics).

“and 2 weeks ago I change basically everthing”
in safe mode, use system restore, and back up, one day at a time, till it works

In the first post you said you changed the mother board. Won't that mean format & install again? The system would have the wrong drivers on it.
