BIOS Problem!!!!!!

    Is there any way i can access BIOS thru Windows XP??? I cannot see my boot up menu due to some changes made in the BIOS....

    No this is impossible thru Windows. to enter the bios you have to it the del keys or some boards the F2 keys.....

    What could you have possibly changed in the bios that now you cant see?

    @ tunered... dont know dude the entire boot up process can't be seen.... maybe some changes in the IDE settings...

    are you sure it's not your monitor? Try switching monitors if feasible

    Thank you superman! I was looking for an answer about how I go about editing the BIOS settings and I found it right here. Hope I don't end up like SUnnyboy though!

    Try unplugging the PC from the power cord, and reset the BIOS with the on board jumper (usually located near the CMOS battery). Put the jumper back in 'normal' position, plug in, power up and the PC should respond with 'CMOS settings invalid - Press F1 for Setup, Press Del to resume' or something similar to this.... press F1 or whatever it says to enter setup, and reconfigure your BIOS settings, save the changes, and your good to go...
