bios shadowed

I have just got home from vacation to find that my bios are shadowed, what can I do to fix this?? I am a huge computer idiot!!!

 

Hold on there bellalove, don't do anything just yet...

1. 2k doesn't have System Restore.
2. System Restore wouldn't do any good anyways, cuz that only deals with OS issues.
3. BIOS shadowing is a common way of speeding things up a tad, it's not normally a problem and can be easily toggled on and off from within BIOS setup.

Are you having some kind of specific problem and if so can you describe the symptoms and provide your system specs as TM has requested. We are here to help
