bios tweak

    i downloaded it because my gateway pc's bios/mobo is locked and i want to overclock my cpu. i tried clock gen but that couldnt get around it... anyway, i simply cant figure out how to install the tweak bios software i downloaded.

    anyone familiar w this program? i got it from here...
