Hello,
does anyone know where I can get a BIOS upgrade for a sony vaio PCG FR315M? My current one is 3 years old and i fear its time to upgrade it as I am trying everything possible to get the running temperature of my machine down.

Trying to get temperature down, Take apart & clean, or check BIOS for Energy saving options or option's to under clock.
