BIOS Upgrade

Done this plenty of times using a floppy but in this case there is no FDD. Can anybody walk me through creating a bootable CD which would flash the BIOS.
O/S is Win2k SP4

I would just use floppy if at all possible!

What kind of PC is this, some models have specific instruction for such an update via CD, some may have program that can be used from within windows.






Floppy drives still have valuable fuction, BIOS Flash/SATA drivers, yes there are other ways, but I opt. for the simplest solution, usually the best.
