bios virus?

    dunno if this is right place for this but

    i got this motherboard off a friend of mine he had the exact same issue as me but im using a fresh install of xp on a completely different hard drive

    the problem is anytime i open internet explorer it sends me to [url removed] and gives me all these stupid popups

    this is something i really dont want on my pc anyone know a way to get rid of this?
