bios

Please Help

I had built A computer and sold, currently ive built 5 computers, and have no problems, all computers are working great, i keep on touch with the people that have them, Today something strange, One gaming computer, I was called, so i went to see what happen, computer is maybe two months old does not boot up completely, stays in the configuration, i went into the setup menu, under boot, had to select HDD, cause its not select it, i select HDD then save it when i reboot, i get a black screen with yellow letter stating NO POSSIBLE BIOS FILE FOUND, the truth, ive built several computers never had any problems, Im thinking i have to reinstall windows, ANY Suggestions

It might help if we knew what the motherboard make and model is

So it's made by BioStar, which version of the a770e is it, looks like there are 4+ different versions?

 

I just had a quick search for that error, nothing conclusive.

Disconnect and remake all connections, externally and internally and make sure the F12 key isn't stuck down.

 

Sorry im looking at the manual, but all i see is a770e, not seeing a ver. out there.

 

I just wanted to thank, for those of you who helped me on 10/4/10 regarding the BIOS, Im going to reconnect everything, and reinstall the drivers.
