Biostar TForce6100-939 New Build Problem

Just been putting this new build together and it was posting fine along with the single short beep. I entered the bios to have a look and all was well. I had all four LEDs lit, so that was good and I shut it down, awaiting a combo optical drive, which showed up on my door step a few hours later. Hooked it up but no power getting to it and no post. No display of any sort. Both Dimm LEDs are off. The power and memory power LEDs are on. I shut everything down, disconnected the optical drive and turned it back on. Same thing. Tried clearing CMOS with no luck. According to the manual, it's a CPU/Chip set error (the last two LEDs on the left are not lit). Here's a strange thing: Now I have no power led on my case (Antec Solution) and my hard drive led stays steadily on. I'm at a loss. Any suggestions? Thanks.
