I have the Win10 32 Bit Two In One Tablet.
Model W1166 by RCA.

I have Windows Defander Turned On but should I get BitDefander as well?

I will only use this on my Home Network and I will not be using it as a DeskTop PC.

 

Well what I mean is should I have Windows Defender or BitDefender?

 

Windows Defender has improved dramatically but like Dr.Moriarty said either one is adequate. also to note you might get pop ups with Bitdefender to pay for the product with windows defender you don't.

 

When searching for ways to improve on native security in Windows 10, prepare for a long answer with a large number of options. There are lots of ways to "harden" it without adding anything.
