BitTorrent that doesnt need install

    Is there a bittorrent client that doesnt need installed? like you can start up the program and enter the torrent address or something?

    i guess it doesnt matter because i used utorrent but i cant open the port. i am on a govt computer so i have no idea how to get it to work.
