Bittorrents downloading slow?

I have like ten torrents, all from different areas...some of which are connected to like 25+ peers, and still getting no more than 6kbs. Is it my software I am using? I have Azureus. I have cable internet which is pretty damn fast in my area, but still these download speeds.

For example. I am downloading a Metallica complilation that is about 974mb. I am connected as follows:

Seeds: 43 (212)
Peers: 25 (364)

Know what my download speed is? 5.6kbps.

The first time I got into torrents, that's the client I used. It was extremely slow for me, even with torrents that were healthy. Since then, I've used BitComet and uTorrent. They've both been awesome for me when it comes to speed and functionality.....uTorrent is my favorite because it doesn't require installation.

You shouldn't be downloading a Metallica compilation. It's like stealing the food off of Lars' kids plates.
