    Hello

After unexpected system shutdown, I can't load desktop( blackscreen only) and there goes dll files errors - userenv.dll, RpcRtRemote.dll, config/systemprofile/Desktop - cant find file. Sfc /scannow won't work.
(I dont have created system restore point)

Same situation in safe mode too. I already tried to reinstall these files, used chkdsk, but this did't help...Is there anyway to avoid Windows reinstall and bring back desktop?

    Thanks in advance!

If you boot from the installation disk you often get the choice of REPAIR.
    May help.

    edit.
I should add. How old is your computer. Perhaps the disk drive is failing. Make a Backup copy of your hard disk before you start messing too deep.

I have already used repair from my flash.(no change)
Well, 3 years old. Can I ask you, what do you mean by disk drive is failing?

Just a guess... In my experience the hard drive is the first thing to go.

Does alt + ctrl + del work?
If so, click on File and select new task.
    In the run box, type
    Code:
     explorer.exe

Windows 7 has rather a complicated procedure to create a recovery USB.
    Good luck.
