Black Viper's WinXP Service Guide

Is Black Viper's WinXP Service Guide worken for you guys? It hasn't been worken for me for awhile. And I need it. Anyone have it saved?

 

Blackviper is down at the mo. Funny, i emailed him earlier in the week.
