Blacklisted Domains: SPAM

    There is a downloadable list of domains which permit spammers. They advise to import this list into your mail server so you can block these sites. How is this done? I have Microsoft Outlook. Another question: does the security option in IE, FILES > OPTIONS do the same thing? That is if I include these domains in restricted sites will any site with the domain listed be blocked and will mail from that domain be blocked? Thanks, Mike.
