Blackout causing router problems.

I have a Belkin Router (F5D7231-4). There was a blackout today and now my router is acting up. I can get the internet on a computer when it's directly connected to the cable modem, but through the router, nothing. There are two desktop computers connected through the ports on the back of the router and one laptop connected via wirelessly. The "power," "wlan," and "1" (the light for the first port which connects to the first computer) remain on, yet "2" which is the light indicative of the second desktop computer does not light. The "connected" light on the router blinks constantly at the same rate. The "PC Link" light on the cable modem does not light when connected to the router, but lights and blinks when connected directly to a computer.

This has happened before, after blackouts have occurred, and I'm not sure which it is but it either magically fixes itself over a certain period of time or something I do while trying to fix it fixes it (no idea what that 'something' is). All I know for sure is that it's the router since I can connect to the internet when a computer is connected directly to the modem.

If there is any other information I can give that may help, just ask. Any ideas of what could be the problem and maybe even a solution?

 

set it back to factory defaults and start over with it. there should be a reset button somewhere on it.

 

I've tried resetting the router, but it hasn't done anything. I've tried turning off the cable modem, then the router, then the computer and then power them back up in the same order, which was one of the suggestions I've found online, but it hasn't done anything. I've tried leaving the modem and the router and the computer off over night then booted them up, modem, router, then computer, but it didn't change anything.
