Blackscreen Trouble

    After a user logs off and the monitor goes into the windows logo 3d sleep phase for a while, along comes another account holder and attempts to log on. When the user attempts to wake up the system by pressing any key on the keyboard more often than not the screen goes jet black with only the cursor showing through and that won't even move. This requires a power button shutdown and it is not fun. Anyone have a clue?? Thanks :
