Blank email

I have been told by several people that I have sent them emails with nothing in them except for my signature which is entered automatically each time. I am useing Outlook Express the latest with all the updates current. I periodically use Alt s when sending and noticed lately that it blackens what I have written. Don't know if that has any bearing or not. O/s is Me on a Dell Inspiron8000, with 256Mb ram.

 

Hi Nomad, I'm wondering if somehow your text color has been changed to white (the Alt s text is darkened -- which could indicate that the text is another color than black) That's probably not it, but worth a look.

 

are you running AVG?

 

I have white background and black text. Not all of them are missing what I have written but some. Yes I am running AVG. I had just now sent 3 emails and when I looked in my sent folder only one of them had nothing on it besides the signature.

 

I had the exact problem and I noted that if I do not use AVG's plug in that the problem ceased.

 

Do you mean the OE5 plugin? If so I just unchecked it to see if that helps.
