Blank item in Start-up tab

There is a blank item in my start-up tab in msconfig.
Under 'Start-Up Item' it is blank, under 'Command' it is blank, and under 'Location' is the regular "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run"
-Is this something I should be concerned about?
Both Adaware and SpyBot S&D say I'm clean.
-Is there an easy way to find out what the item is?

You could check this registry key, and see if there are any values underneath it that aren't listed in the startup tab....?

Thanks for taking the time to reply, Mada-Milty but I haven't figured it out yet.
Any other suggestions/comments out there?

These blank items can be from aborted or old uninstalls that have not been removed properly, as there is no path to an app you can leave it or remove it ( I would untick in msconfig > reboot and see if you have any changes )

you can also double check where Mada mentioned in the registry ( regedit ) for a link to it, you may see an apps name under "name" but no link to the app under "data" if you see this remove it as its most likely something you have un-installed at some point.

It is also possible that these entries where part of Malware you may have had but removed.

oh yeah should have also said if you untick in msconfig and see no ill effects then delete perminently from the registry.
