   I attempted to load the spy doctor recommended file and right after loading it would not work and all the files on my desktop have been replaced with the word blank where open should be when right clicking. Also, my outlook express by Microsoft changed to by Earthlink. I have tried everything to get change back and nothing is working. Do you have any suggestions.
