   On bootup with my xp acer laptop it blinks for a few seconds then normall boots up. I am not sure how to fix this issue. I had a smilar issue with an hp vista laptop and I was able to disable the Transient Multi-Monitor Manager and that fixed the blinking issue. TMM is not in xp any ideas how to fix this for my xp laptop?
