   Could you please describe the issue you're having in more detail, as I have no idea what blocked means? is it blocked from playing by a security code, is it not connecting to your PC via USB etc
   
   
   Do tell us what make and model the Mp3 player is?
   What Windows version and service pack you are using?
   If not Windows and a MAC then what version OSX?
