blocked ports

    im at college and i want to down load stuff via bit torrent. the problem is that the defalt port for bit torrent seems to be blocked. is there anyway i can see the list of ports that are not blocked on this college dorm network? a scan of some sort.

    wasnt there a scan of some sort that could find what ports were blocked and what were open?
