I despise this site and don't want it to come up in a Google search ever! How do I keep this from happening? Specifically I need this to block in Android.

What version of Android are you using? You can reset your default search option and use a different browser which may gve you options to make some setting changes for Search.

I've never seen Pinterest.
I rarely use Chrome as my browser.
Fire up Chrome, when it loads, click the three dots on the right and select Settings. The first item listed under Basics is Search engine. Long press it until a menu opens. You can select from Google, Yahoo!, Bing, Ask or AOL. At least those are the choices on my android tablet running Android v 7/Nougat.

My browsers of choice are: AdBlockPlus Browser and Firefox with the addon uBlockOrigin.
