   Is it possible to block one person's IP address from viewing your website or blog?
   
   I used to read this blog and suddenly, when I checked up on it today, I got the message "You are not authorized to view this page".

   It is possible depending on the server.
   
   It is Not very useful because 99% of regular users are on Dynamic IPs (I.e. their IP changes frequently.
   
   So, I doubt that you are blocked.
