Blocking Spammer Who Uses Variations Of The Same E-mail Address.

Is it possible to block a spammer who uses numerous variations of the same e-mail address?

    I use webmail for my e-mail (live.ca).
    (aka Hotmail and Outlook)

I've tried creating "rules", but either I'm doing it wrong, or it's not possible to block this type of e-mail address?

Highlighted in bold is the part of the address that is always used.
    .usesubscriber.online

    one example: pfCzfGLdZr@ADZOOMA.Vo8.usesubscriber.online

I also report the spam to the webmail service and block each individual e-mail. Of course, I think it just causes me to receive more.

Most webmail allows you in settings to view full headers.
I spent some time in my outlook (webmail) account trying to see if I could get this. So far, I haven't found it.

If you can get the raw message showing the IP from which it originated, block the IP. I found filters do little. When I block, then I no longer receive spam from that address or variations of the address.

The sure way to see and be able to block the sender's IP address is to use a good email client such as Thunderbird. I don't think it's possible in Outlook.com. Blocking the IP is effective unless the sender's ISP gives them a new IP for each session, as mine does. Blocking a spammer's email address will probably be ineffective as the email address can be spoofed by the sender.

    FWIW...
Email addresses, Domain names and IPs can be blocked in Outlook Mail settings.
Click the email > click the 3 dots > scroll down > click View message source.

    Thank you, Eldon!
Turns out I was clicking the wrong 3 dots. I will now add this to my Outlook notes just in case I ever need it.

I get very little mail in outlook and no spam because very few know that address so I'm not familiar with using it because I only check it once or twice a month.

Earthling, not all of us wish to download email to our computers so installing an email client is not an option for my husband and me.

Ok, when I click on View message source, there's a whole lotta info on there. What do I do next?

    Look for this:
    Authentication-Results: spf=pass (sender IP is 208.**.***.**)

    Thank you.

I found a line slightly different from your example.
It says, "softfail" instead of "pass".

    Is that ok to use?

    Authentication-Results: spf=softfail (sender IP is 44.***.**.***)
