Bloody Keylogger.Trojan

Please can any one help with either a decent download or a way to get rid of a trojan that Norton Antivius calls keylogger.trojan.

I have tried lots of different things, downloaded Nortons latest updates, identified the file in Windows System 32 (_Key.dll) and tried to delete it via safe Mode on XP, and through the registry, dowloaded a range of trojan hunters etc but to no avail.

Please can any one suggest a solution
