Blu ray player

    I have a LG internal blu ray player I bought when I put my computer together. This is the first time I have had a chance to sit and play it. I can not get either of the two blu ray discs to play. It plays thru the previews of upcoming attraction just fine but will not play movie. I have Power DVD/suite 7 installed when I bought and put together just upgraded today to Power 10 but it still does the same thing..what am I missing here? Please help.

    Thanks guys I appreciate all help given in the past more would help today.
