Blue screen, an auto restart and some error codes.

Hi there, I just experienced a blue screen and an auto restart. This has only been my 2nd experience with a blue screen and I hope someone can help guide me thru it. I read the sticky on the 1st page but there are some parts that I'm not clear with so I figured I should find some extra advice here before doing anything.

Here are the error signature i copied down after I got back into Windows. BCCode:1000008e BCP1:C0000005 BCP2:BF9FA525 BCP3:B64CA6E4 BCP4:00000000 OSVer:5_1_2600 SP:3_0 Product:256_1

As to the minidump, i got this Error report content,
Cocume~1\YZJ\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERaOe2.dir00\Mini011709-01.dmp and another one at \sysdata.xml. I went to C:\Documents and Settings\YZJ\Local Settings\Temp\ but I can't find either of these files.

My OS is XP Professional, installed in my 250gb HDD which i formatted for my new PC parts. My 500gb HDD has all my old files in it.
I just recently upgraded some parts of my PC,
my old parts are
-one 250gb
-one 500gb IDE HDDs,
-generic dvd burner with a IDE to SATA converter
-generic 480w PSU.

My new parts are
-two 2gb 800 RAM
-g31m-es2l motherboard, used the IDE-SATA converter as it only has 1 IDE port.
-9500gt

I have no problems at all since I got the new parts 3 weeks ago so I'm a bit worried that something major is going wrong now. I've also had a few friends over the previous day and 1 of the morons was surfing porn on my pc with the firewall off, which makes me worry that I may have caught a virus or spyware.

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.
