Blue screen - crash dump

due to my lacking computer knowledge, i seem unable to find the solution to my Blue screen of death problem.

if someone could look at the info and advise me or send me to a thread which i have missed or over looked i would be very greatful. This particular blue screen seems to happen when i am gaming and have a few things loaded up.
