Blue Screen error Windows 7

Hi
I have HP 1000-1140TU Notebook.
Its working fine from 6 months but now from 2 weeks i am getting Blue Screen Error.
My system CPU usage is 5% but Physical Memory Usage is very high around 80% .
I have used RAM Def Xtreme and it lower down memory usage but again memory is high.
Whenever i play videos in Chrome Browser then system suddenly crashes.

Sometimes BSOD show
1.System Service Exception
2.Page fault in non paged
3.IRQ not less not equal.
etc
I have attached Minidump files.

Please help me.

I have run Windows Memory Diagnostic but there are no errors in RAM.
Should i run memtest86?
Have you view my minidump files?

 

Follow these steps to resolve your problem
- First update your graphic drivers from the manufacturer site
- second there may be a faulty ram can cause of this issue Or try to do system restore
