blue screen error

hello can anyone tell me why i keep getting this blue screen error on my fujitsu siemens pc

hi, well seeing as youve posted only very limited information, it would help if you had gone into some detail about your rig
and also what exactly are you doing when these crashes occur

but the stop error is referring to an ATI system file so the first thing i would do is update your video drivers, and also check you have the latest chipset drivers. would be a good idea if make sureyou have all the latest windows updates

i cant really help you further without more specific details of your machine

 

I have a Dell flat screen desktop running windows XP. I am not computer savy and I am getting the blue screen as well. I get it at random times. I can get it sometimes when I just boot up?! I ran a check for viruses and nothing hopefully you can help :confused
