   Hello
   
   My computer shut down with a blue screen error "bad_pool_caller". I was steaming some video this evening but it was continually interupting. I was streaming from the same provider earlier in the day with no issues. I ran ccleaner then restarted and ran malware with no malware detected but the it still wasnt streaming properly. I tried to do a system restore and that's when the error occured.
   
   any suggestions?

   Any .dmp file in C:\Windows\Minidump ?
   If so, install this http://majorgeeks.com/BlueScreenView_d6200.html
   and post what it says about "details of the driver or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file description, and file version)".
