Blue screen error

    When I started up my computer I received the following blue screen error:

    "Windows protection error. You need to restart. System halted while initializing device IFSMGR"

    System: AMDK7 Processor
    600 MHZ
    256MB Ram
    12.7 GB HD
    7.09 GB free space
