Blue screen help

I had a post about when I switch between my 2. accounts I get a Blue screen.

If I switch between my Admin account to my Standard account more then 2. times I get a blue screen.

I tells me maybe you have to get the Adminastrator or you have aded new solftware or hardware.

I did not and when I looked for the file the system needs to switch uses in win7. I did not have it.

So I re installed win7.

And it is happening again.

I look in the Dump folder and it puts nothing in there please help.
