Blue Screen Help

I have been getting a Blue Screen Now for over a year now. sometimes I can go months without and sometimes I will get them for a week straight. here is a message from bluescreen viewer.

I always update to latest windows and all my drivers are up to date I use Auslogics Driver Updater.

I have run memory checks with no issues and the only antivirus I use is windows defender.

On this PC I am using an older version of Photoshop CS5 with a Gigabyte Radeon RX580.

Whats weird is I can go months without any issues and then all of a sudden they come on daily for a week or more.

 

Zip some minidumps and attach the zip here please.

 

I had another account created on Tuesday and when I attached the Zip file it flagged my account for some odd reason. It told me to contact site admin, but gave me no option to contact.

Looks like the Realtek NIC driver: rt640x64.sys. See if you can download and install a later one from your PC/motherboard maker, B450M DS3H-CF.
