blue screen of death help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello im vic i have a question for all you geeks,, i have windows 7 ultimate, just recently i been experiencing a blue screen on my pc, for no apparent reason, but what i did is i took it 2 b fixxed, but i didnt have the money so the question is the lady said its a BAD VIRUS,,, it has something to do with the TDL3 alareon, its a rootkit virus and also a bootkit virus, from i think the MBR ,,,, does anybody know anything about that and how to remove it, i whould greatly appreciate the help, i been on this pc in safemode,,,, ty victor,,
