Blue screen on Shutdown

Hi Folks.

Any ideas on this one........ (XP Home - SP2 - Fully updated)

When I use - "Start > Turn Off > Turn Off" to shutdown my PC, it begins the shutdown process then Blue Screen appears almost immediately.

If I use - "Start > Log Off > Log Off > Turn off PC" it shuts down normally without any problems.

Normal operation is OK too.

I will try and copy when I shutdown later although I've already noted that the error code isn't always the same.

 

I may have found the problem, more by chance than intention I will add.
I have been running ATI Multimedia Centre and it was set to load at startup.
I have disabled this setting and my PC has since shut down OK on the normal "Turn Off" function.
Fingers crossed and I will check on the ATI site to see if there are any known issues.
