Blue Screen Shut Down

    Hi. Can anyone help me solve why, when I close down AOL 9, which closes down o.k. to windows ME. It is after I have gone through the - Start -Shut down -O.K that I get a total blue screen and can not get any further,the only way I can shut down is to press the restart button on the tower.This only happens when I have been on the web.
