Blue screen vista!!!

every hour or less i get a freeze up or a blue screen of death. I tried re-installing Vista but it still does it. As of now i downloaded all malaware clean and started to run the super Anti spyware. First time it froze up after 45 minutes and the last time it blue screened me and restarted the computer midway through this is what it gives me as the details when the cpu restarts. Any help on this issue or if i need to do the next step in the other malaware cleanup would be great.

how do i check what sp is installed? I know its fully updated from microsoft site it says i have no more updates as of now. It is a 32 bit. And where is the BSOD code? thanks for your help

 

havent got a chance on the writing down the BSOD. I did find the logs and followed the steps to downloading the things you suggested and followed the BSOD link to stop auto restart. another thing that happens is while im on the internet or some other programs the screen will blink a couple of times and then a box comes up and says something like host process stopped and was closed. I have two partitions also one the regular C: drive and also a D:/RECOVERY one also. I do have SP2 installed. Today I was on the step of RootRepeal and ran it as I went off to work and when I came home it was done and it hadnt crashed or restarted so that was a good 8 hours. But when I've started messing with it this evening trying to get the BSOD to stop restarting it starting giving me a BSOD. but hopefully i'll get you a code soon.
