Blue screen when starting apps.

So this has happened recently and I just installed EAC, ran it, and the fatal blue screen pops up, and restarts my computer. This had happened before when I tried ripping a DVD while I opened another program. Solution results?

 

The report gives me this:

Should I just delete them or what?

This is my latest minidump which happened about 5 minutes ago. Tried ripping a CD in Winamp and an immediate crash happened.
