Unfortunately I did not to manage to see what was written on the screen before it restarted him self.
How can I check the Dump file?

Ps: I checked with malwarebytes and it's clean form viruses. Also I'am using Eset nod32 real-time protetcion and he also did not found any viruses.

    What now?
    Thanks, regards

    Hi

Give the guide HERE a try and once completed attach the log as the Guide mentions.

If this only has happened once and not repeating I would not think too much about it yet but I would set the Automatic Crash Reboot to off, Right Click Computer > Properties > Advanced tab > then under Startup and Recovery click Settings and untick "automatically restart

Then if your PC crashes again it will hang on the BSOD for enough time for you to write it down in full.

This looks like a RAM fault. Please download, burn to a CD and run the program linked below for a minimum of 12 hours:

    Memtest86+

if the data is very important for you and don't wan't to lose your data then consult a data recovery company as this blue screen is one of symptoms of physical hard drive failure and needs to be take care on time. So, take an immediate step by talking to a data recovery company.

Not really; better just make a full backup.

Or keep two copies, one in the cloud, and one on a backup pocket drive.

    Hi

I do also think it could be RAM issue, so would run the test the guys mentioned above, but also just a random question as a faulting file I noticed "may" lead to a software issue,

What security (antivirus) software do you install?
