Well when it rains it pours they say...

Much like my old computer which started annoying me with an increasing frequency of blue screens, this one is doing it too. The last one took flight off of a 5 story parking garage. Never felt like id ever done an illegal operation until that day. Anywho, help me save this one please! Its saying a bunch of jibberish about beginning dump of physical memory. This happens after the computer has been idle for more than an hour. Thanks again..

K...well im unable to tell you any more about that jibberish than I already have. It is not something I can predict, the blue screen just comes up, and a few moments later the computer reboots. However, I'll do my best to write down as much of it as I can next time it occurs.

    System Specs:
    Toshiba Laptop
-Microsuck Xp home edition 5.1 (build 2600)
    -Intel 1.5ghz processer
    -502mb of RAM
    -Direct X 9.0
-Mobile Intel 915gm/gms 910 Ml express video card 128mb
    -Realtec ac97 audio
    -74.5Gb of hard drive space
    -Cd/Dvd drive

All Windows XP stop errors (BSOD) are numbered according to the circumstances that caused the error....

Do you see any of these when you get the blue screen?
If so please copy and paste to your next post to help with your diagnosis!

Most of these BSOD are caused by buggy software programs and drivers, and also faulty hardware devices so it could be anything at this stage!

    Sounds good,

Next time it occurs ill try and print screen. I dont know if that will work, but I will also record the numbers. Im dont know for sure but it may have something to do with my sound card. I've had some trouble in the past with some sound distortion and choppy performance. Anywho, all day today its been fine. The last blue screen was when I woke up, and in turn, woke up the computer. It then rebooted on its own about 30 seconds later.

OK, had a blue screen today again. The window said:
    tcpip.sys
    Page fault in nonpaged area.
    0x00000050 0x0000000 0xaaf122bc 0x0000000
    Address AAF122bc base @ aaef

Not sure what any of it means, but from what i found at the link you posted, it must be some sort of a software bug.
