Blue Screen

Hi, I do not know why but my computer kept showing the blue screen with the following messages;
runtime.sys

It is the basic blue screen "A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer"

The "Technical Data reads"

*** STOP: 0x00000001 (0xEF0752AC,0x00000002,0x00000001,0xEF0126E7)

1st option is to try restarting the computer

2nd option and if restarting does not work, try disable BIOS Memory Options such as caching or shadowing

Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical Memory dump complete
Contact your support admin...........
I am not familiar with this, what will be the best way to do it? I have attached the zipfile for the minidump.
