Blue Screen

    Good morning, Please help.
    I have an HP 720a, the problem I have is that every time when I start my computer the usual blue screen appears, however this does not go away, stays there for ever, so I do restart the computer 2 or 3 times before it goes to the actual windows.
    Any ideas?
