blue screen

I keep on having that blue screen:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

and that technical information:
STOP: 0x0000000A (0xF8ADD090,0x00000002,0x00000001,0x804D9B68)

When I go to the safe mode I have this error message in the event log:
Ivent ID: 7026

and 6 "Event ID: 7001" that go like: The IPSEC Services service depends on the IPSEC driver service which failed to start because of the following error:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

I believe it is due to internet connection as I was watching a streaming video on a guest-account when my computer went on stand by, when I turned it back on an hour later I was in a none internet connection area, the video from the internet kept on playing for a second before the computer went on the blue screen.

Help me please to fix thix problem.
