Blue Screen

I have a Dell Inspiron 546 running Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002 service pack 3. The screen turned blue while the computer was not in use. (I will attach a picture of the screen)
I just installed a new phone service MagicJack. Not sure if that could cause the problem.

I thought it was a Malware issue, but TimW from the Malware forum said my logs were clean and suggested I post in the Software forum!

Sorry It will not let upload the pictures. It says they are already uploaded. I uploaded them in the Malware forum under Blue Screen!

 

Those photos over in the malware forum are almost impossible to read regardless.

How often does the blue screen occur, and did it happen before Magic Jack was installed?

 

It just happened today. I installed MagicJack about 1 week ago!
