Blue Screens of death and multiples of rundll32.exe

I have a computer with XP Home SP3 that has been getting blue screens of death and problems with processes taking up 99% and multiple processes. Can someone help me? I've tried system restore and it hasn't worked. I don't think my problem is a virus, I have enough anti-virus programs installed.

 

Well, right now i'm in safe mode and i've tried installing the debugging tools, but it pops up with a message saying: The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation. Is this because i'm in safe mode? Or because i need to login as the administrator? I can't boot normally because about 30 seconds after i log on, it shows a blue screen of death and restarts. I will try the malware removal guide.

 

Just post them here in a zip file and one of us will take a look at them.

Never mind, I think that the problem may be that i'm using selective startup. I used normal startup and nothing bad has happened since. I also got the debugging thing to work. i'll attach what it showed in a .txt file. I think it's one of my programs form comodo.

 

I agree, thats exactly what it appears to be, the firewall to be specific.
