Bluestacks download

    I have a laptop running on Windows 8.1.
    When downloading Bluestacks, l get the following error code and message:-
    Error 1406. Could not write value Bluestacks Agent to key\software\microsoft\windows\current version\Run. System error. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key or contact your support personnel.
    What do l do to successfully download Bluestacks?

    Error 1406 is triggered when trying to install, not download, a program when you don't have administrative privileges. Check Control Panel > User Accounts. If you don't have administrative privileges, restart and log-in as administrator.

    Download BlueStacks from MajorGeeks, and then install it.
